Grant's Gourmet Inc. is a Canadian food company based in Milton, Ontario, specializing in authentic Jamaican-inspired sauces, seasonings, fresh prepared foods, catering services, and wholesale food products.

2. Online Orders

Orders placed through our website are subject to product availability and acceptance by Grant's Gourmet.

Fresh prepared food is made to order and may only be available for selected pickup locations, dates, and times.

Retail products are available while supplies last.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to inventory shortages, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or other circumstances beyond our control.

3. Pricing

All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD).

Applicable taxes and shipping charges are calculated during checkout.

Prices may change without notice.

4. Pickup Orders

Customers are responsible for selecting the correct pickup location and pickup time.

Orders not collected during the designated pickup window may not be eligible for replacement or refund due to food safety regulations.

Grant's Gourmet is not responsible for delays caused by weather, traffic, or circumstances beyond our control.

5. Shipping

Retail products are shipped throughout Canada using approved shipping carriers.

Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the shipment has been accepted by the carrier.

Please inspect all deliveries upon arrival and notify us promptly of any issues.

6. Catering & Wholesale Orders

Large catering and wholesale orders may require deposits, written quotations, or separate agreements.

Production schedules, lead times, and payment terms will be confirmed before acceptance.

7. Food Allergies

Our products may contain or come into contact with common allergens including wheat, soy, dairy, eggs, mustard, sesame, and other ingredients.

Customers with food allergies are responsible for reviewing ingredient information before purchasing.

If you have specific dietary concerns, please contact us before placing your order.

8. Returns & Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of food products, fresh prepared food cannot be returned.

Retail products may qualify for replacement or refund if received damaged or defective. Claims should be submitted within 48 hours of delivery and may require photographs of the product and packaging.

9. Intellectual Property

All website content, including logos, product names, photographs, graphics, recipes, and written materials, are the property of Grant's Gourmet Inc. and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.
