We currently ship retail products across Canada.
At this time, fresh prepared food is available for pickup only at designated locations and is not eligible for shipping.
Shipping availability may change as our business expands.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been received.
Orders placed on weekends or statutory holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
During periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping Methods
Grant's Gourmet primarily ships using Canada Post.
In certain situations, we may use other trusted carriers to provide the best delivery service available.

Grant's Gourmet is not responsible for delays or additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect addresses or incomplete information provided during checkout.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date.

Fresh Prepared Food
Fresh prepared food is made to order and is available for pickup only at participating Grant's Gourmet pickup locations.
Customers are responsible for collecting their orders during the designated pickup window.
Orders not collected within the scheduled pickup time may not be eligible for replacement or refund due to food safety regulations.
International Shipping
At this time, Grant's Gourmet ships only within Canada.
