Refund & Return Policy

At Grant's Gourmet Inc., we take pride in producing high-quality Jamaican-inspired foods and providing excellent customer service. If there is an issue with your order, we encourage you to contact us so we can work toward a fair resolution.
Fresh Prepared Food
Due to food safety regulations, all sales of fresh prepared food are final.
We are unable to accept returns or exchanges on prepared meals once they have been picked up or delivered.
If there is an issue with your order because of an error on our part, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. We will review the situation and, where appropriate, offer a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.
Retail Products
If you receive a product that is:

Incorrect

Missing from your order
please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

After reviewing your claim, we may provide:

Change of Mind
For food safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or provide refunds because:

You changed your mind.

You ordered the wrong product.

You no longer want the item after it has been shipped or prepared.
Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
Pickup Orders
Customers are responsible for collecting their orders during the scheduled pickup window.
Orders not collected within the designated pickup period may not be eligible for a refund or replacement, as prepared foods are made specifically for each customer and cannot be resold.
Shipping Issues
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery times are outside our control.
If your shipment is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible. We will work with the carrier to investigate and determine an appropriate resolution.

Order Cancellations

Fresh Prepared Food
Orders may be cancelled before production begins.
Once preparation has started, cancellations and refunds are generally not available.
Retail Products
Retail orders may be cancelled before they have been shipped.
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued using the original payment method whenever possible.
Please allow 5–10 business days for your financial institution to process the refund after it has been issued.
