Cooking Pork Chops in the oven can be a great alternative to those who don't have access to a BBQ. You can achieve a tender, juicy and succulent pork chop.
3-4 tablespoons Grants Gourmet Jerk Seasoning
6 pieces or 1 kg grams Pork Chops
1 tablespoons olive oil
salt and pepper to taste (optional)
Wash and Dab Pork Chops with a paper towel to remove excess moisture
Combine Grants Gourmet Jerk Seasoning with Pork Chops in a zip lock bag and work in the seasoning to the meat.
Marinate for at least 1/2 hr or longer
Preheat oven to 425°F. Sprinkle the pan with the olive oil
Place the pork chops in the pan and place on the middle rack for approx 25-30 minutes or until the meat reaches 71°C (160°F).
Broil 2-3 minutes to crisp if needed. This will give the meat its beautiful colour.
Let the meat rest and serve with your favorite sides.
