🌙 Last Night’s Taste Buds Dinner at Third Moon Brewing Co.

Dinner last night at Third Moon Brewery was nothing short of incredible. 🔥🍽️
Every course told a story — rich flavour, bold creativity, and perfect pairings.

We opened the night with jerk chicken pizza bites — crispy on the bottom, soft pizza dough on top, and that unmistakable Grant’s Gourmet jerk kick.

Next came the star of the show:
California Jerk Chicken Sliders — tender jerk chicken, melty Havarti cheese, a creamy sauce, and fresh guacamole, all tucked into a soft brioche bun.
The flavours wake you up in the best way. 🌶️🍔

The third course brought a beautiful balance of freshness and spice:
A natural spring salad mix, topped with lightly seasoned jerk chicken and dressed in a subtle vinaigrette with just a hint of heat to tease the palate. 🥗🌶️

Then… the moment everyone waited for:
Oxtail with rice and peas, finished with a buttery basil pesto seasoning.
Comforting, rich, aromatic — pure island soul food on the plate.

And to close the night with sweetness and nostalgia:
A slice of our black cake, just like mama made — molasses from the farm, soaked in white rum and Jamaican Red Label wine, topped with fresh raspberries and a silky caramel sauce.
A true taste of home. ❤️

Each dish was paired with a Third Moon beer that brought its own story and flavour notes — perfect matches from first bite to last. 🍺✨
