Jerk Shrimps on Quinoa

Here’s the thing about shrimp: They are so easy to make. The effort to reward ratio is high with this particular seafood. Even pulled straight from the freezer, You can have a platter of quick fry or sauteed shrimp on the table in 10 - 15 minutes flat. You can serve on rice, quinoa, rice n' peas, etc.
200 grams Zipper Back Shrimp
1 tablespoon Grants Gourmet Jerk Seasoning
6 tablespoon unsalted butter
Peel and Wash shrimps Dab with a paper towel to remove excess moisture
Combine Grants Gourmet Jerk Seasoning with shrimps and butter in a small container
Marinate for about 5 minutes while the non stick pan is warming on the stove
Cook on medium heat for 4 to 6 minutes or cook until shrimp internal temperature of 165 ºF.
They will become an opaque whitish color when fully cooked
Let the shrimp rest and serve with your favorite sides
